Tim, CFP®, ChFEBC, MBA, is the president and founder of TJ Stearns in Arlington Heights, IL. As a registered Investment Advisor Representative, Tim’s focus is on what is financially best for his clients. He can assist clients with their insurance needs, utilizing Fixed/Fixed Index/Variable Annuities and Life, LTC, Commercial, Property & Casualty, Health Disability and Worker’s Compensation insurance.

He graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Finance, and also earned his MBA (emphasis on Marketing and Finance) from Northern Illinois University.

When not at the office, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife of 30 years, Jen, and their 3 boys: Jake, TJ, and Ryan. He is also active in the Knights of Columbus, and loves coaching and sponsoring local basketball, football, and baseball teams.
